As a non-committed program, Healthshare Enterprise allows you to do business directly with the vendors you choose. You get discounts on all our vendors’ products.

Our contracts are all-inclusive, providing member discounts on each vendor’s full product line. We never pick and choose among a vendor’s product offerings, but bid only on the vendor’s complete line.

You can depend on our vendors’ great prices and favorable terms.

Our vendors agree to hold prices constant for specified periods of time. Most also offer extended payment terms.

You receive 100% of all rebates.

Members who qualify for manufacturers’ rebates receive the full rebate—not just a percentage. We even track, bill and provide printouts.

Since many of our members are small facilities, we take care to negotiate reasonable minimum orders with our vendors or, in many cases, no minimum at all.
